本规划按废水处理才能规划;每天去除COD总量21600kg,为每天处理9750m?沼气。处理前沼气的含硫化氢浓度(理论估计值)15000ppm;处理后的沼气含硫化氢浓度不大于100ppm。

本沼气生物脱硫工艺分三个单元:脱硫洗刷 -- 洗刷液生物再生(循环运用) -- 单质硫别离。如下图示:

碱性的生物H2S吸收液在完结吸收使命后搜集与洗刷塔塔底,进入洗刷液生物净化反应器,反应器中的微生物将液体中吸收的硫化物转化成单质硫,一起使洗刷液再生并坚持碱度。单质硫在硫别离器中别离出体系,单质硫脱水后能够进一步利用,或可直接作为化肥出售,再生的上清液循环回洗刷塔,去脱除气体中的硫化氢。

The microorganisms in the reactor converted the sulfide absorbed in the liquid into elemental sulfur, which together regenerated the scrubbing liquid and maintained its basicity. The elemental sulfur is separated from the system in the sulfur separator, which can be further utilized after dehydration or sold as fertilizer. The regenerated supernatant can be recycled to the scrubber to remove hydrogen sulfide from the gas.
