水洗法的原理主要是利用二氧化碳和甲烷在水中溶解度不同和二氧化碳在水中的传质,相同条件下二氧化碳在水中的溶解度是甲烷的30倍左右,通过物理吸收,实现二氧化碳和甲烷分离。在一定的温度条件下,气水比有一个最佳值,当气水比在达到最佳值后继续增大时,水洗效果开始降低。水洗时,沼气从水洗塔的底部进入,通常会在水洗塔底部安装气体弥散装置,将沼气分散为大量的小气泡,均匀分布在水中,以利于传质,沼气泡在上升的过程中,其中的二氧化碳和硫化氢等易溶于水的气体溶解在水中。
The principle of water washing method mainly utilizes the different solubility of carbon dioxide and methane in water and the mass transfer of carbon dioxide in water. Under the same conditions, the solubility of carbon dioxide in water is about 30 times that of methane. Through physical absorption, the separation of carbon dioxide and methane is achieved. Under certain temperature conditions, there is an optimal value for the gas water ratio. When the gas water ratio continues to increase after reaching the optimal value, the washing effect begins to decrease. During water washing, biogas enters from the bottom of the washing tower. A gas dispersion device is usually installed at the bottom of the washing tower to disperse biogas into a large number of small bubbles, which are evenly distributed in the water to facilitate mass transfer. During the rising process of biogas bubbles, easily soluble gases such as carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide dissolve in the water.
水洗法优势:
Advantages of water washing method:
1) 处理量大,工艺简单,维护方便;
1) Large processing capacity, simple process, and convenient maintenance;
2) 效率较高,在最低的操作管理条件下通过单个洗涤塔就可以将甲烷浓度提纯到95%左右,同时甲烷的损失率也可以控制在比较低的水平;
2) High efficiency, under the lowest operating management conditions, methane concentration can be purified to around 95% through a single washing tower, and the loss rate of methane can also be controlled at a relatively low level;
3) 由于采用水做吸收剂,所以这也是一种相对廉价的提纯方法,尤其在不需要对水进行再生处理时,其经济性更加显著;
3) Due to the use of water as an absorbent, this is also a relatively inexpensive purification method, especially when water does not require regeneration treatment, its economic efficiency is more significant;
4) 在一定程度上可去除原料气中的一些杂质气体。故工艺上无需精脱硫,同时可采取耐腐蚀的塔体结构,如不锈钢,以保证设备使用寿命;
4) To some extent, it can remove some impurity gases from the feed gas. Therefore, there is no need for precise desulfurization in the process, and corrosion-resistant tower structures such as stainless steel can be adopted to ensure the service life of the equipment;
5) 不需要化学品。
