As a slow gas, the purified product gas is obtained in the form of residual gas. In engineering, multistage membrane separation process is usually used to improve the concentration of methane.
二、吸收提纯法:利用胺溶液和二氧化碳的物理化学吸收特性,即在吸收塔中,在常压下与沼气中的二氧化碳反应,使甲烷脱碳净化,被吸收的富液在塔减压加热条件下发生反向反应,释放纯度高的二氧化碳气体,富液具有再吸收二氧化碳的能力,从而实现吸收塔中甲烷的连续脱碳净化,使脱碳液进行连续吸收循环。
2、 Absorption and purification method: using the physicochemical absorption characteristics of amine solution and carbon dioxide, that is, in the absorption tower, it reacts with carbon dioxide in biogas under normal pressure to decarbonize and purify methane. The absorbed rich liquid reacts reversely under the condition of decompression and heating in the tower to release carbon dioxide gas with high purity. The rich liquid has the ability to absorb carbon dioxide again, so as to realize continuous decarbonization and purification of methane in the absorption tower, Make the decarburization solution carry out continuous absorption cycle.
三、PSA提纯法:它利用吸附剂(如分子筛)的选择性吸附特性去除沼气中的二氧化碳,即二氧化碳比吸附剂上的其他气体成分具有更高的分离系数。在吸附过程中,原料气中的二氧化碳在加压条件下在吸附塔中被吸附,甲烷等弱吸附气体作为净化气排出。当吸附饱和时,吸附柱减压甚至抽真空以释放吸附的二氧化碳。为了确保气体的连续处理,PSA需要至少两个吸附塔,或三个塔、四个塔或更多。
3、 PSA purification method: it uses the selective adsorption characteristics of adsorbent (such as molecular sieve) to remove carbon dioxide from biogas, that is, carbon dioxide has a higher separation coefficient than other gas components on the adsorbent. In the adsorption process, the carbon dioxide in the feed gas is adsorbed in the adsorption tower under pressurized conditions, and the weakly adsorbed gases such as methane are discharged as purified gas. When the adsorption is saturated, the adsorption column is depressurized or even vacuumized to release the adsorbed carbon dioxide. In order to ensure the continuous treatment of gas, PSA needs at least two adsorption towers, or three towers, four towers or more.
四、低温冷凝提纯法:利用二氧化碳液化温度高的特点,对沼气中的二氧化碳进行低温液化,甲烷组分作为不凝性气体排放,净化产品气。为了降低运行能耗,通常采用在生技术来恢复剩余冷却能力。
4、 Low temperature condensation purification method: using the characteristics of high liquefaction temperature of carbon dioxide, the carbon dioxide in biogas is liquefied at low temperature, and the methane component is discharged as non condensable gas to purify the product gas. In order to reduce operation energy consumption, in-process technology is usually used to restore the remaining cooling capacity.
