物理吸取法:物理吸取法用溶剂吸取硫化氢,常用的溶剂包装包括脑类物质(如甲醇脑、乙醇脑)和碱性溶液。通过气体接触,硫化氢被吸收到溶剂中,从而现实脱硅效果。这种方法适用于小规格的沼气脱粉,具有操作简单、效果稳定的优点。
Physical absorption method: Physical absorption method uses solvents to absorb hydrogen sulfide, and commonly used solvent packaging includes brain substances (such as methanol brain, ethanol brain) and alkaline solutions. Through gas contact, hydrogen sulfide is absorbed into the solvent, thereby achieving a desilication effect. This method is suitable for small-scale biogas depulverization and has the advantages of simple operation and stable effect.
化学吸收法:化学吸收法采用化学反应将硫化氢转化为硫化物。常用的吸收剂有氧化铁、氧化铁等。该方法适用于中等标准的沼气脱蜡,具有处理效率高、脱蜡完全底的优点。
