沼气生物脱硫系统的调试过程

沼气生物脱硫系统,采用生物滴滤技术。生物滴滤塔反应器可以采用PP-H板(均聚聚丙烯)、玻璃钢或其它耐腐蚀材料的塔体制成,塔体具有防紫外功能,整体整洁、美观。脱硫的撬装设备间内,整合了所有的自控系统。填料采用PP材质制作,大量的填料用于向微生物细菌生产繁殖提供足够的表面空间。

Biodesulfurization system of biogas adopts biological trickling filtration technology. The bio trickling filter reactor can be made of PP-H plate (homopolymer polypropylene), glass fiber reinforced plastic or other corrosion-resistant materials. The tower body has the function of ultraviolet protection and is clean and beautiful. All automatic control systems are integrated in the skid mounted equipment room for desulfurization. The filler is made of PP material, and a large number of fillers are used to provide sufficient surface space for the production and reproduction of microbial bacteria.
Environtec将会在一次启动调试时提供细菌接种包,包括硫杆菌属和丝硫菌属。沼气经由内部进气管上进下出,塔体设计的一般大正压为50mbar,一般大负压为-5mbar。
Environtec will provide a bacterial inoculation package during the first startup and commissioning, including Thiobacillus and Thiobacillus. The biogas enters and exits from the top to the bottom through the internal intake pipe. The general large positive pressure of the tower body design is 50 mbar, and the general large negative pressure is - 5 mbar.
用户方应尽量避免塔体产生超压或负压现象,以防止潜在的塔体损坏风险。本项目在塔顶设计有专用的超压负压保护装置。
The user shall avoid overpressure or negative pressure on the tower body as much as possible to prevent potential tower body damage risk. In this project, a special overpressure and negative pressure protection device is designed on the tower top.
为达到设计的脱硫目标,微生物循环液通过一定压力输送至塔体内。循环液通过耐酸的磁力耦合离心泵输送,可以不间断运行,并且与流量监控的限位开关相连,液体流量计持续监测,当流量过低,流量计中的锥形浮体便会下降至低位限位开关,并连锁停止循环泵。若要重新激活循环泵,控制液体流量在低低液位以上。一般设计计时器的延迟时间为10秒钟,以便于正常启动(启动时液体流量低)。
In order to achieve the designed desulfurization target, the microbial circulating liquid is transmitted to the tower body under a certain pressure. The circulating liquid is delivered by the acid resistant magnetic coupling centrifugal pump, which can operate without interruption and is connected with the limit switch for flow monitoring. The liquid flowmeter continuously monitors. When the flow is too low, the conical floating body in the flowmeter will drop to the low limit switch and interlock to stop the circulating pump. To reactivate the circulating pump, control the liquid flow above the low low liquid level. Generally, the timer is designed with a delay time of 10 seconds for normal startup (low liquid flow at startup).
如果循环泵在运行过程中出现故障,那么故障信号将会传送至控制柜,控制面板将指示相应的故障灯。此时,需操作人员在现场排查故障原因,通过重置循环泵以核实故障信息,可以尝试将开关重置为“0”位,随后将开关切换至“1”,使泵正常运行。通过此方法可检测泵的吸入压力及压力管内部是否堵塞。
If the circulating pump fails during operation, the fault signal will be sent to the control cabinet, and the control panel will indicate the corresponding fault light. At this time, the operator is required to find out the cause of the fault on the site, and verify the fault information by resetting the circulating pump. You can try to reset the switch to "0" position, and then switch the switch to "1" to make the pump operate normally. This method can detect the suction pressure of the pump and whether the inside of the pressure pipe is blocked.
在循环液管道系统中,蝶阀、止回阀 、过滤器已经预装在管线中,通过上述阀门可以用于关闭循环管路或调节循环泵压力。
In the circulating liquid pipeline system, the butterfly valve, check valve and filter have been pre installed in the pipeline. The above valves can be used to close the circulating pipeline or regulate the pressure of the circulating pump.
特别注意:在启动阶段,循环泵之前的滤网每天清洗1-2次(主要原因是调试初期,塔体内可能存在一些杂质,例如设备生产时产生的一些pp碎片等)。经验表明,调试期完成后,一般只需要每周清洗1次,或每周检查一次。
Special attention: in the start-up phase, the filter screen before the circulating pump is cleaned 1-2 times a day (mainly because there may be some impurities in the tower body at the initial stage of commissioning, such as some pp fragments generated during equipment production). Experience shows that after the completion of the commissioning period, it is generally only necessary to clean once a week or check once a week.
沼气中的硫化氢先被吸附溶解,然后转化为液相。硫化氢是以硫氢根离子形态悬浮溶解于液相,这种形态能被微生物氧化吸收。
Hydrogen sulfide in biogas is first adsorbed and dissolved, and then converted into liquid phase. Hydrogen sulfide is suspended and dissolved in the liquid phase in the form of hydrogen sulfide ions, which can be oxidized and absorbed by microorganisms.
为冲刷反应生成的硫磺,防止系统堵塞,需安装耐酸的反冲洗泵。反冲洗泵设计为间歇运行,与流量控制器连锁控制。当需要冲洗循环液时,该反冲洗泵由时间计电器激活后,即可以定时反冲洗。
In order to flush the sulfur generated by the reaction and prevent the system from blocking, acid resistant backwash pump shall be installed. The backwash pump is designed to operate intermittently and interlocked with the flow controller. When it is necessary to wash circulating liquid, the backwash pump can be regularly backwashed after being activated by the time meter.

Similar to the circulating pump, the liquid flowmeter of the backwash pump can continuously monitor the circulating liquid flow. If the flow is too low, the conical floating body in the flowmeter will drop to the low limit switch, at this time, the backwash pump will stop running. 空气供应量的设计,通过设置变频器的参数,可以调整佳的空气供应量。变频器的预设值,通常可以实现佳的空气鼓入量。生物脱硫系统的运行参数(pH、温度)以及其他重要参数,可以传输至远端控制系统。当然,通过对出口处硫化氢浓度的监测,可以连锁控制关闭或启动沼气锅炉或发电机:即当沼气中的硫化氢浓度超过200-250ppm时,沼气不再进入锅炉或发电机组,而是改为火炬燃烧,以避免损坏发电机组。当硫化氢浓度低于200ppm时,发电机组可以正常投入运行,类似的功能,可以由用户自行编程实现。
The design of air supply can adjust the good air supply by setting the parameters of the inverter. The preset value of the frequency converter can usually achieve good air blowing. The operating parameters (pH, temperature) and other important parameters of the biological desulfurization system can be transmitted to the remote control system. Of course, through the monitoring of the hydrogen sulfide concentration at the outlet, the biogas boiler or generator can be closed or started under interlocking control: that is, when the hydrogen sulfide concentration in the biogas exceeds 200-250ppm, the biogas will no longer enter the boiler or generator set, but will be burned by torch to avoid damaging the generator set. When the concentration of hydrogen sulfide is lower than 200ppm, the generator set can be put into normal operation. Similar functions can be programmed by the user.
