湿法脱硫体系中需留意的问题!

一、脱硫塔

1、 Desulfurization tower
脱硫塔结构型式较多,现在大多厂家以填料塔主,填料塔以散装填料为多。散装填料塔以结构简略、气液流转面积大、阻力小、操作弹性大和运转安稳等特色优于其他板式塔。近年来开发了不少比外表积大、空隙率高、价廉物优的填料,使填料塔发挥出更大优势。
There are many structural types of desulfurization tower, now most of the manufacturers are mainly packed tower, and most of the packed tower are packed in bulk. The bulk packed column is superior to other plate columns for its simple structure, large gas-liquid flow area, small resistance, large operation flexibility and stable operation. In recent years, a lot of packing materials with large volume, high porosity, low price and good quality have been developed, which make the packed tower play a greater advantage.
进步填料塔吸收功率,关键是要求气液散布均匀,充沛触摸。入塔气、脱硫液的散布、段间气液再分配设备、除沫器和防涡板等部件规划合理。
The key to improve the power absorption of packed tower is to require the gas and liquid to be evenly distributed and fully touched. The inlet gas, distribution of desulfurizing liquid, gas-liquid redistribution equipment, demister, vortex plate and other components are planned reasonably.
脱硫塔的喷淋密度大于35 m3/(m2·h),液气比大于15L/M3。喷淋密度过小,脱硫塔内简单构成干区,形成脱硫功率低,直接危害是脱硫塔硫堵,实践出产中禁硫循环液随体系负荷的改动而调理,一般应控制在很多。另一方面,脱硫塔填料底部现在许多企业选用驼峰支撑板,其通孔率虽大于100%,但由于在谷底部分不开孔,简单形成硫堆积,特别是在运用高硫煤时,煤气入塔进口上方一米处,易形成硫堵。为了削减脱硫塔发生硫堵或盐堵,散装填料底部支撑规划时根本都不选用驼峰支撑板,改用一般格栅板,这一点在许多工厂的出产中都得到了印证。

Especially when using high sulfur coal, sulfur blockage is easy to form at the place one meter above the inlet of the tower. In order to reduce sulfur plugging or salt plugging in desulfurization tower, hump support plate is not used in the bottom support planning of bulk packing at all, but general grid plate is used instead, which has been confirmed in the production of many factories.

二、再生槽
2、 Regeneration tank
为了更有利于硫泡沫的浮选,再生槽一般设置有2块散布板,散布板的作用是将脱硫液中气泡进行从头散布,使之弥散成很多的小气泡在上升过程中散布均匀而且能使欲浮选的硫颗粒附着在气泡外表,一方面加大气液触摸面积,另一方面安稳再生槽脱硫液液面,以利硫泡沫的有用浮选。基层散布板一般距槽底2米,上层散布板距脱硫液面1~1.5米,散布板上孔径一般设置为φ15~20mm,孔间隔为20mm左右,且多以三角形摆放规划。为了削减硫泡沫的堆积,削减单质硫对再生槽本体的腐蚀,喷发器尾管距再生槽底部的间隔为600~800mm。

In order to reduce the accumulation of sulfur foam and reduce the corrosion of sulfur to the regeneration tank body, the interval between the tail tube and the bottom of the regeneration tank is 600 ~ 800mm.
溶液在再生槽中逗留的时刻,环保即再生槽有用容积是一项重要规划参数。一般在再生槽中溶液逗留时刻按~15min为宜。

三、富液槽
3、 Rich liquid tank
富液槽的另一个规划要点为脱硫液在富液槽内不能构成短路,即下进下出,应确保脱硫液真 正在富液槽内逗留,不然富液槽形同虚设。
Another key point in the planning of rich liquid tank is that the desulfurization liquid can not form a short circuit in the rich liquid tank, that is to say, it should be ensured that the desulfurization liquid really stays in the rich liquid tank, otherwise the rich liquid tank is in vain.
对湿法脱硫体系的设备,为削减脱硫液对设备的腐蚀,规划中应考虑选用20#钢,尽可能不必Q235一般碳钢。
For the equipment of wet desulfurization system, in order to reduce the corrosion of desulfurization liquid to the equipment, 20 × steel should be selected in the planning, and Q235 general carbon steel should not be used as much as possible.
