沼气湿式法脱硫技术如何解决?

沼气湿式法脱硫技术包括碱性溶液吸收法、萘醌氧化法、HAPS氧化法、PDS法等。碱性溶液法吸收H2S[30],采用逆流接触,反应如下:

The wet desulfurization technology of biogas includes alkaline solution absorption method, naphthoquinone oxidation method, HAPS oxidation method, PDS method, etc. The alkaline solution method absorbs H2S [30], using countercurrent contact, and the reaction is as follows:

吸收受到流速、流量、温度、气量、停留时间等因素的影响,溶解度很难保证100%,易形成NaHS,而非Na2S。NaHS再生时与氧气反应生成硫酸盐和硫代硫酸盐,降低吸收液的吸收能力,从而碱液需要定期更换,也可能带来二次污染。

The absorption is affected by factors such as flow rate, flow rate, temperature, gas volume, and residence time, making it difficult to ensure 100% solubility and easy to form NaHS instead of Na2S. During NaHS regeneration, it reacts with oxygen to generate sulfates and thiosulfates, reducing the absorption capacity of the absorption solution. As a result, the alkaline solution needs to be replaced regularly and may also cause secondary pollution.

萘醌氧化法是氧化H2S成为S单质,从而脱除H2S,回收硫,此法具有合适的氧化还原电位,易操作等优点。HAPS氧化法是以Na3PMo12O40、NaCl、Na2CO3和NaVO3的混合液作吸收液,常温下将H2S转化为S单质,使用后的HAPS经氧气氧化再生后可循环使用,S单质分离回收。PDS法为钛箐钴磺酸盐系化合物的混合物,脱除H2S具有工艺简单、成本低、效果好等优点。

The naphthoquinone oxidation method oxidizes H2S into elemental S, thereby removing H2S and recovering sulfur. This method has the advantages of suitable redox potential and easy operation. The HAPS oxidation method uses a mixture of Na3PMo12O40, NaCl, Na2CO3, and NaVO3 as the absorption solution to convert H2S into elemental S at room temperature. The used HAPS can be recycled after oxygen oxidation regeneration, and elemental S can be separated and recovered. The PDS method is a mixture of titanium cobalt sulfonate compounds, which has the advantages of simple process, low cost, and good effect in removing H2S.
