沼气脱硫常用脱硫方介绍

沼气脱硫器具技术成熟,运行可靠性高。操作弹性大,对煤种变化的适应性强。脱硫器工艺吸收效果好,吸收剂利用率高,设计脱硫率的实现;钠碱循环利用,损耗少,运行成本低;钠碱吸收剂反应活性高、吸收速度快,可采用低液气比,从而既可降低运行费用;脱硫渣,溶解度极小,无二次污染,可综合利用。如气体纯度要求更高可使用双塔。
