沼气提纯精制生物天然气是沼气提纯净化制备高品质生物天然气、大幅提升甲烷利用品质的技术。目前沼气脱碳的主要工艺包括有机胺吸收法、压力水洗法、膜分离方法、变压吸附法、物理吸收法、深冷分离法等。而本项目开发的沼气加压水洗技术集成了水洗脱碳过程中闪蒸技术的合理有效利用技术、吸收塔解吸塔内部核心部件的开发、同步回收二氧化碳技术、沼气工程的能量集成系统设计和自动化控制系统设计等多个方面进行优化设计和开发。本项目开发的沼气加压水洗技术结合撬装设备的设计理念,可在各种处理规模的沼气工程中加以应用推广。
