湿法脱硫烟气拖尾的原因

工业烟气超低排放改造中,常采用湿法脱硫进行烟气净化,净化后的烟气从烟囱排出,常常会产生严重的拖尾现象,有时可达数百米。净烟气虽已达到超低排放水平,但造成了视觉污染和水资源的大量浪费,采用氨法脱硫的,有部分“硫铵雨”则会对周边设备造成严重腐蚀。由于国家政策不再强制性要求企业对烟气进行脱白治理,那么从脱硫系统的设计方面进行改良,避免烟气拖尾现象成为必要举措。

The aerosol after ammonia desulfurization is mainly composed of ammonium salts. The greater the aerosol content in the flue gas, the more serious the tailing phenomenon of the flue gas.
针对烟气拖尾的各种原因,可以合理优化脱硫系统的工艺设计,减少或避免烟气拖尾现象。
