大型沼气项目竣工验收后进行启动调试,满足以下基本运行管理要求:

1. 操作管理人员必须熟悉大型沼气工程的工艺流程、操作要求和设施设备的技术指标;

1. 根据工艺设计参数进行进料量和进料周期,并在实践中找出优良的工艺参数;

2. 保持一个相对稳定的厌氧消化温度;

3.厌氧消化池的搅拌按工艺要求进行。如果沼气用于搅拌,则在启动或产气不足时,应与机械搅拌或泵搅拌等其他方法相结合。
