DO是影响生物脱硫效果的一个重要因素。试验发现在不同的硫化物负荷下,反应器内都存在一个DO值。此时,反应器对硫化物的去除率比较高(90%以上),绝大部分S2-转化为S0,基本不生成SO42-。因此,认为DO值与硫化物负荷有关,二者成线性关系。

Buisman等用3种反应器:完全混合反应器(CSTR)、旋转反应器及上流式反应器,研究无色硫细菌脱硫的适用性。在硫化物出水浓度低于2mg/L的条件下,3种反应器的去除率分别是:2.4、10、11kg/m3·d,3种反应器所需的停留时间分别为:35、10、13min。
Buisman et al. studied the applicability of colorless sulfur bacteria desulfurization by using three kinds of reactors: complete mixing reactor (CSTR), rotating reactor and upflow reactor. Under the condition that the sulfide effluent concentration is less than 2 mg/L, the removal rates of the three reactors are 2.4, 10, 11 kg/m3.d, and the residence time of the three reactors are 35, 10 and 13 minutes, respectively.

能否在高硫化物负荷下保持较好的脱硫效果,是衡量脱硫反应器的一个重要指标。硫化物容积负荷越高,微生物脱硫反应器越能保持良好的运行效果,且不易发生出水中SO42-浓度升高的现象,运行条件易于控制,运行效果较为稳定。
Whether the desulfurization effect can be maintained under high sulfide load is an important index to measure the desulfurization reactor.
